What happens to your answers
The 33 statements and the open questions are evaluated exclusively in your browser. Nothing is transmitted to us, there is no database and no file on a server. We do not learn that you have done the self-check, and we do not see your result.
No cookies, no analytics
The page sets no cookies, embeds no fonts, maps or videos from third parties and uses no analytics or tracking tools. That is why we do not ask for your consent.
Hosting
The page is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When the page is accessed, the provider processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested file and browser identification. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the page, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
If you write to us
The button “Request an Assessment” opens a ready-made email draft in your own email program, already containing your result. It is only sent when you send it. From that moment on, we process your details to answer your request - Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. We keep the message for as long as the matter and statutory retention periods require.
Your rights
You can request information about the data we hold about you, as well as correction, deletion or restriction of processing; you can also object to processing and receive your data in a common format. A message to info@odc-management.com is enough.
Right to lodge a complaint: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (Bavarian Data Protection Authority), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
